Your experiences matter. Your voice deserves to be heard.

At AuDHD and Then Some, we believe that lived experience is one of the most powerful ways to create understanding, connection and change.

Our Lived Experience Collective is a space for autistic, ADHD, AuDHD and other neurodivergent adults to share their stories, experiences and perspectives.

Whether you'd like to write about late diagnosis, relationships, burnout, identity, sensory experiences or simply navigating everyday life, we'd love to hear from you.

You don't need to be a professional writer or have a formal diagnosis to contribute.

You can write anonymously, use a preferred name or be credited for your contribution.

We also recognise that writing isn't accessible to everyone. If you would prefer to share your experiences in another format, please let us know.

Complete the short form below and we'll be in touch about the next steps.

Before You Share Your Story
