Who we are AuDHD and Then Some provides digital resources, membership content, online support spaces, community information, educational resources, and wellbeing-related content for neurodivergent adults, including autistic, ADHD and AuDHD adults. For the purposes of UK data protection law, AuDHD and Then Some is the “data controller” for the personal information we collect and use through this website, email, memberships, and related services. Membership and payment information If you join a paid membership, we may receive limited information from the payment or membership platform, such as: your name or username; email address; membership tier; payment status; renewal or cancellation status; limited transaction information. We do not usually receive or store your full card details. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers or platforms, such as Patreon, Stripe, PayPal or similar services, depending on how you join. ‍

Please be mindful when sharing personal information in group settings. Other attendees may see your name, display name, video, audio, chat messages or anything you choose to share. We ask all members to respect confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee what other participants may do with information shared in a group. Sessions will not usually be recorded unless we clearly tell you in advance and explain how the recording will be used.

Contact forms and emails If you contact us through the website, email, social media or another platform, we will use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and keep appropriate records. Please do not send highly sensitive personal information by email unless you are comfortable doing so. Email is not always a fully secure method of communication.

If we do not have a specific retention period, we will decide how long to keep information based on the reason it was collected, whether we still need it, and whether we have legal or safeguarding reasons to keep it. The ICO says privacy notices should explain retention periods or the criteria used to decide them.
