Tasha and Ellie have spent years turning burnout, late-diagnosis lightbulb moments, and “why is life like this?” spirals into practical tools that actually work in real life.
Blending professional experience with lived AuDHD experience, they’ve done the messy middle bit: unmasking, relearning, experimenting, forgetting the plan, making a new plan, and finding ways to navigate daily life with more self-trust and fewer shame spirals.
Now, through AuDHD and Then Some, they’re sharing the knowledge they wish had existed sooner: self-paced, practical, compassionate support for AuDHD adults who are ready to understand themselves, work with their brains, and build a life that feels a little less like pushing a sofa uphill.
