Community and Practical Support for AuDHD Adults, Built by Women Who Live It
A Space for Rest, Connection, and Doing Life Your Way
About AuDHD And Then Some…
AuDHD and Then Some was created by two late-diagnosed AuDHD women in midlife, navigating life in the real world, just like you.
Between managing our own AuDHD, managing work, raising families, juggling responsibilities, and keeping daily life moving, we understand first-hand the challenges, overwhelm, and strengths that come with being both autistic and ADHD.
AuDHD and Then Some was created from a place where professional knowledge meets lived experience. We bring together evidence-based understanding, practical strategies, and the honest realities of day-to-day life as neurodivergent adults.
Tasha is a Social Worker, Accredited ADHD Coach, Neurodiversity Coach and Sensory Intelligence Practitioner. Ellie is a Lived Experience Mentor, Trainee Counsellor and Tutor. We both have AuDHD (Amongst many other things!) and have neurodivergent children.
This isn’t theory from the sidelines. It’s support built from actually living it.
We know what it’s like to be diagnosed later in life.
To reframe your past. To rebuild routines that finally work for your brain. And to do all of that while still showing up for your family, your work, and yourself.
Our mission is simple: to create resources that are realistic, compassionate, and genuinely useful for AuDHD adults navigating everyday life, because we’re walking that path too.
This membership gives you gentle, practical support for real life, from managing burnout and energy, to understanding your nervous system, to working with your brain instead of against it.
Story behind the logo
At first glance, they might not seem like they belong together, but that is part of the point.
This logo brings together Flourish With Neurodiversity represented by the lotus, and Ellie Audhd represented by the watermelon. They are different symbols, different experiences, and different ways of showing up in the world, yet together they create something meaningful.
AuDHD can feel like that too. It is not one neat, predictable experience. It can pull us in different directions and bring contradictions, strengths, challenges, creativity, overwhelm, joy, and everything in between. What works for one person may not work for another, and that variety is part of what makes our community real.
The watermelon represents the refreshing, candid, honest support we want to offer around AuDHD life - no masking, no pretending, and no pressure to have it all figured out. It also has a special personal meaning to Ellie that those close to her know.
The lotus represents flourishing with our unique brains. Not despite being different, but with the strengths, needs, quirks, and ways of thinking that make us who we are.
Together, the lotus and watermelon remind us that things do not always have to fit perfectly to belong together. Sometimes the most unexpected combinations create the most beautiful communities.
ABOUT TASHA
I bring years of professional experience working with neurodivergent adults, alongside my own late AuDHD diagnosis. As a Social Worker, Accredited ADHD Coach, Neurodiversity Coach and Sensory Intelligence Practitioner, I understand the systems and strategies that actually help, not just the theory. I'm also mum to neurodivergent kids, so I know what it's like to navigate this both personally and professionally. I also have a very ADHD-like fluffy friend (Eddie - in the photo).

ABOUT ELLIE
I'm AuDHD, late diagnosed, and I built this space because I spent years masking just to get through the day. As a Lived Experience Mentor and Trainee Counsellor, I bring both the personal side, what it actually feels like and the training to hold space for others going through the same thing. I am a mum to four neurodivergent kids, as well as a SEN tutor.

What makes us different
At AuDHD and Then Some, we believe real support happens in community.
Rooted in lived experience, we know that when you feel safe and understood by people who actually get it, you can let your mask down and start showing up as yourself. This shift doesn't stay contained, it moves outward, changing how you handle work, relationships, and the daily moments that used to feel impossible.
Leaning into practical, honest tools, our approach is trauma-aware and judgment-free, no matter where you are in your AuDHD journey. The most important part of what we do comes from the strength of this community, and that's where we place our focus.
